The Pause Button Shop makes buttons with modern messages for the forward thinker. Buttons are markers of time, evidence of current events, the mirrors of cultural shifts - and the celebration of upheavals. Or they can simply reflect the mood you're in. 

With the dis-ease, discomfort and disbelief of events unfolding around the globe The Pause Button Shop asks you to "press the pause button," to stop and think about what you're doing, what you're thinking, and what messages you want to share...

I'm inspired by the buttons my folks have passed down to me from the 60's and 70's, I wear them often, threading my place in the present and dipping back to the past. No matter where we stand in history, the same issues are still being hard fought - basic tenants of democracy, freedom of speech, equal pay, more money for teachers, patience, trees not bombs, love, peace, understanding, consideration, and basic human rights. Just to name to a few...

The Pause Buttons can be worn solo, in a cluster, or, better, worn and then given out as gifts. 

Oh, and my name is Paz, and that means Peace, but it's pronounced Pause.
